Fantastic position at on the side of the hill looking down into the valley. Great view from our room and from the restaurant. Comfortable and clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. We have used this hotel many times for an overnight stay whilst travelling to and from Spain.

The room was very nice and large with a lovely view.
We felt that the food was over priced compared to other establishments in the area. We were there on a Monday and the entire town was shut down including all of the restaurants. Hotel staff were perfectly competent but not particularly friendly or welcoming or accessible, very impersonal.

it was in the right location near A75 and in lovely little town of St Flour
Service was generally good, but some staff need more training

Size of bed....ideal if you are 5' 6 or less. Bar closed, stools up at 1000pm..., just as you needed a nightcap!!

The hotel was clean, very friendly, breakfast was lovely, views from restaurant were fabulous. The beds were very comfortable, the decor is old fashioned which made it quite charming but all was in good repair. The bath was very hot which with 4 children and several hours of driving was a blessing. The location is excellent to gain access easily to the town and although they dont have private parking there is plenty of parking within 20 yards of the hotel so you wont have trouble parking close. We will certainly go back again.
The only reservation is the cost of breakfast, although good it was too expensive. 9 euro per person over 10 years old and 5 euro per child for a family of 6 was expensive - 42 euros added to the stay. It would have cost the same in a cafe but you expect a little better value from the hotel if you are staying there.

The hotel was fine, very budget and in need of upgrading but for the price was okay
The staff in the restaurant were awful, rude and unhelpful.
